How Improvements and Betterments Coverage Works<\/h2>\n
A condo unit owner policy, often called an HO-6, typically includes dwelling coverage for parts of the unit you’re responsible for, including improvements and betterments you or a prior owner added. If your limit was set years ago, it may not reflect the cost to replace what’s there today.<\/p>\n
